Movement is my native language. Embodiment practices infuse daily life, translate into action, and heal from the bone marrow to the dream state. main inspiration comes from chi gong practice, contact improvisation, authentic movement, compositional emergent improvisation, and falling through space with each step. I believe our deepest healing - of ourselves and the planet - comes from living through the senses, offering curiosity to our own felt experience, and softening our bodies to receive the input from our surroundings.
