Qi Gong ~ Child’s Park

Meet at the top of the lawn in the northeast corner of the park (Prospect and Woodlawn intersection), near the pines. Parking is free along the street or in the parking lots inside the park.
This class will focus on Dao Yin and BaguaZhang practice sets. No experience necessary, wear appropriate layers to stay cozy if there's a chill!
I weave into the physical practice the Daoist cosmology, my work as an herbalist, and my practice as a dancer. If you are dealing with a particular ailment/imbalance, we can address it in class. If you are in need of remembering you belong right here on this planet at this time, this is a great place to find that. We practice to shake off the morbidity of these times and rise to meet our life, breath by breath.
