In this powerful series, we explore the physically strengthening and regulating qi gong practice of the animal frolics. With levity and imagination, this set brings us deep into our humanity and interconnection with all beings. We layer on Five Element Theory to deepen our understanding of constitution and energetics, and utilize Joanna Macy's Work That Reconnects framework to process the emotional aspects we experience. In this series we touch on what it means to do the work of expanding our capacity for wisdom and equanimity.
