We'll use practice sets that inspire deep alignment and the easy flow of qi while aligning with the season and learning about the element, organ and emotional affiliations.  This style of qigong is part deep physical practice, part ritual, and part moving poetry. Come give it a try!

All bodies/levels of experience are welcome.
