Qigong Intensive ~ Embracing Yin

“Our routines carry the most meaningful omens.” -Seanan Zook

Daily Practice * 6 Days
Tues, Dec 26 - Sun, Dec 31st
11:30am Eastern

Live Online ~ classes recordings available

This 6 day intensive will cultivate the two aspects of yin that give rise to Spring: restorative rest and rhythm. We will practice several simple, potent movement sets from the depths of winter, learning to move our waters (yin) within the bounds of our seasonal situation. In a culture that invites us to live at the extreme ends of productivity, it is important to practice in a way that nourishes our essence rather than depleting it. Join me for a daily practice, with recordings sent shortly after class and available through the end of January. End the year with a practice that invites embodied gratefulness and move into the coming year with your heart nestled in your center.

It is my hope that this daily rhythm will not only support you through the holiday season, but become a steady anchor through the new year and beyond.

All bodies and experience levels welcome.

Cost:  sliding scale $125 / $90 / $75 / $45

If you live with privilege (due to race, age, or wealth), by paying on the highest tier you are supporting equity in embodiment and radical self-care practices. I really do have many clients and students who cannot, and do not, pay anything. Your highest contribution makes this possible for me to offer freely, without question, to whoever needs it. If you are unable to pay anything, please reach out for alternative ways to reciprocate and to receive a scholarship of any amount.

“The universe is a vast system of exchange.  Every artery of it is in motion, throbbing with reciprocity, from the planet to the rotting leaf.  The vapor climbs the sunbeam, and comes back in blessings upon the exhausted herb.  The exhalation of the plant is wafted to the ocean. ” -E.H. Chapin
