In this intensive, we will explore the seasonal shift towards summer with the 5 animal frolics. This set, in its completion, is a deeply balancing practice to take us toward high summer and all the buzz that comes with it. We practice at the middle point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, also known as Beltane. Bring your bones and land on the planet more fully. All bodies and skill levels welcome.
